Anorexia and Bulimia Care helpline

Anorexia and Bulimia Care (ABC) is a national UK eating disorders organisation established in 1989. Our telephone and email helplines and our website parent and carer online community provide practical guidance, emotional support and on-going care for anyone affected by eating disorders - parents, family members and friends as well as those struggling personally. ABC has written the first online training course for the Royal College of General Practitioners and works tirelessly to increase awareness and understanding of eating disorders through training, (online courses and face to face) to schools and organisations, and offers a range of resources and published books.
