Children's book – Be Happy to Be You (3-8 year olds)

Be Happy to Be You explores the problem of having low self-esteem. The book aims to teach young children to be happy with themselves; their own achievements and characteristics.

The book provides an opportunity for children to discuss their feelings and what makes them happy or sad. It also encourages them to see their strengths without comparing themselves to their peers.
