Coping with suicidal feelings

This video offers a young person’s perspective on what it may feel like to have suicidal feelings and how to cope with those feelings.

In this animated video by Childline, a young person describes what it may feel like to have suicidal feelings and offers some ways to cope with those feelings. The video includes signposting for seeking support through Childline.
