Developing a wellness action plan: video for students

This webinar for students explores different strategies for managing emotions and improving wellness.

This webinar was initially created to help young people during the coronavirus lockdown, but the strategies shared are relevant at any time.

This video could be used as a standalone session, or as part of a number of sessions teaching a group of young people about how to maintain positive emotional wellbeing and coping strategies.

This resource is designed for:

  • young people aged 16 to 19
  • use with small groups

· how to talk about their emotions accurately and sensitively, using appropriate vocabulary.
