Drivers for low mood

This poster has been created to be placed in schools so that children can learn more about what influences their mood and be given ideas as to how they can help themselves if their mood drops. It has been developed by the Bank Workers Charity in collaboration with two academic child psychiatrists, Mina Fazel, Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford and Tamsin Ford, University of Exeter Medical School. It is freely available to download and has a blank space at the end for each school to put the name of an individual that children can contact if needed.
