Helping hand activity
This simple activity asks children to consider five people in their life who they would turn to if they were feeling stressed.

This resource from Parenting NI asks children to think about the people they might talk to for advice or support if they were feeling stressed. Children can write down the names of those people on the hand, and colour it in.
If the child feels stress in the future, they might refer to this resource to remind themselves of the people they trust and feel they can turn to.
