MindEd: families and their difficulties

MindEd is a free educational resource on children and young people's mental health for all adults. This topic looks at why families are important to children and young people, the difficulties families can face, how families normally cope with difficulties, when families are most likely to struggle, how families can support each other in times of difficulty and where to seek help if things become difficult.
