Outdoor mindfulness activities
Try these mindfulness activities outdoors with your pupils.
These three mindfulness activities are ideas from the Buddhist faith, specifically designed for pupils to complete outdoors.
Using the resource
This resource is designed for:
- children aged 3 to 11
- use with whole classes or small groups
You will need:
- Loose natural materials including rocks, leaves, moss and sticks
- Sand or gravel
- A small rake or comb
