The teenage brain lesson plan

This lesson plan and video can be used to deliver a short lesson on the changes the brain goes through during adolescence.

This lesson plan is built around a 10-minute video which explains the changes the brain goes through during the teenage years. The lesson plan includes discussion prompts and class activities.

This resource is designed for:

  • use by young people aged 11 to 13
  • use with whole classes
