About this resource

This webinar from Education Support, led by workplace wellbeing specialist Faye McGuinness, explores burnout and its relationship with ongoing workplace stress.

The session looks at how to recognise the early signs of burnout and the role that rest can play in recovery. It shares practical approaches to managing stress and considers some of the pressures that can make it difficult for education staff to switch off or take time for themselves.

The webinar could form part of staff training or be shared with education staff who may be experiencing difficulties with stress. It can also support wider conversations about staff wellbeing and raise awareness of burnout across your setting.
