This webinar from Nasen explores how schools and parents and carers can work together effectively to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The session focuses on why working in partnership with parents and carers matters, the barriers that can make this more difficult and approaches that may help schools develop effective working relationships. It also considers the central role of parents and carers in discussions and decisions about the provision made for their child, as set out in the SEND Code of Practice.
