About this resource
This lesson from the British Red Cross builds on the theme of eco-anxiety, with a focus on how to support others and practise self-care.
It encourages students to think about what eco-anxiety might feel like, how it can affect daily life, and how they can respond in safe and supportive ways.
This lesson is part of a short series on eco-anxiety within the Weather Together toolkit and is the second in the sequence.
