This lesson from the British Red Cross helps education staff introduce eco-anxiety in a balanced and supportive way. It uses a fictional character to show how eco-anxiety might feel and how it could affect daily life.
It encourages constructive reflection on how students can respond to these feelings, with a focus on self-kindness and practical strategies for managing worries.
