About this resource

This lesson from the British Red Cross helps education staff introduce eco-anxiety in a balanced and supportive way. It uses a fictional character to show how eco-anxiety might feel and how it could affect daily life.

It encourages constructive reflection on how students can respond to these feelings, with a focus on self-kindness and practical strategies for managing worries. 

This lesson is part of a short series on eco-anxiety within the Weather Together toolkit and is the first in the sequence.
