About this resource

Goals for Good is a set of four one-hour lessons resource that helps young people explore the relationship between wellbeing and sustainability, and supports them to set goals that benefit themselves, other people and the planet. 

Sessions include opportunities for discussion and reflection, supported by guidance to ensure these are managed safely and inclusively. 

By taking part in the sessions, pupils will: 

  • explore what success and happiness mean to them
  • recognise the connections between mental health, lifestyle choices and sustainability
  • build practical skills in setting and achieving goals
  • develop strategies to manage challenges and stay motivated
  • create meaningful goals that support both wellbeing and the planet.
