Reach out: anti-bullying primary activities : Mentally Healthy Schools

A resource pack featuring a number of different anti-bullying activities for primary-aged children.

The activities in this pack have been designed to help schools celebrate and take part in AntiBullying Week 2022.

They are all based around the 2022 theme of ‘reach out’, exploring how we can reach out to others to tackle bullying.

Each activity in the pack is accompanied by teacher notes, with information on how to deliver them in the classroom.

Using this resource

This resource is designed for:

England - RSHE	Caring friendships Pupils should know: • that healthy friendships are positive and welcoming towards others, and do not make others feel lonely or excluded Respectful relationships Pupils should know: • about different types of bullying (including cyberbullying), the impact of bullying, responsibilities of bystanders (primarily reporting bullying to an adult) and how to get help
Northern Ireland – Personal Development and Mutual Understanding	MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING IN THE LOCAL AND WIDER COMMUNITY Pupils should be enabled to explore: • initiating, developing and sustaining mutually satisfying relationships; (KS2)
