Get your students thinking about how to look after their mental health with this animation and accompanying guidance.

Please note this resource is also available in Welsh.

This animation and accompanying teacher toolkit were developed in collaboration with young people, teachers and mental health experts.

The animation aims to give young people of this age:

  • Consistent and accessible language to talk about mental health
  • A better understanding of mental health self-care
  • To know who to ask for support when it is needed

Using this resource

This resource is designed for:

  • young people aged 11 to 13
  • teachers of young people aged 11 to 13
