Pride Month toolkit 2025

Two toolkits - one for primary schools, one for secondary schools & FE settings - full of resources to celebrate and support those who identify as LGBTQIA+ during Pride Month and beyond.

This resource belongs to the resource hub for classroom and wellbeing support.

June is Pride Month – a time to celebrate and show support for LGBTQIA+ people across the UK and around the world.

It’s also a valuable opportunity to recognise the experiences of LGBTQIA+ communities and think about how we can continue building understanding.

For students, knowing they are accepted and supported can have a powerful impact. School or college should feel like a place where everyone can be themselves and where all identities are welcomed without judgement.

Pride Month can be a useful moment to pause and think about what’s already in place and where there might be opportunities to strengthen your setting’s inclusive practice. This might include exploring themes of diversity through the curriculum, encouraging open conversations, or reviewing policies to make sure they reflect the needs of all students and staff.

This toolkit brings together free resources to support you in celebrating Pride Month while continuing to build a culture of inclusion and belonging.
