Mental wellbeing audio guides

A series of mental wellbeing audio guides, presented by NHS doctors.

This resource belongs to the resource hub for classroom and wellbeing support.

These short audio guides cover different mental health topics, sharing professional advice for dealing with them. The topics covered are:

  • low mood and depression
  • anxiety
  • sleep problems
  • low confidence
  • unhelpful thinking

The guides are all between 5 to 10 minutes long. You can listen to them privately, in your own time, to help you through difficult feelings.
